Data and retention
Lovable hosts the store and private files. We retain purchase identifiers, temporary permissions and counters to verify access and prevent abuse. Email, once active, is used for confirmations and requested recovery, not advertising. WhatsApp is used if you contact us there. Payment records remain in Stripe; retention follows purchase administration and legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability from the seller’s email where applicable. You may complain to the competent authority, including the Italian Garante. Legal obligations may limit erasure.
Analytics
We do not add optional analytics without consent. Native hosting visit measurement requires a separate check; the banner does not guarantee it can be blocked from the store.
